Ever wonder what makes a good boss? Many people will tell you they want to be their own boss and that’s what drives them to be successful in home business but what about being a boss to a team of people?

In internet network marketing, people are told not to be a boss to their downline/subscribers because the idea is to get them to be able to stand on their own two feet and make their own way in life.

For that, you need every voice heard. And know-it-all leadership creates a deadly silence…..

Knowing how to be a good boss starts with being honest enough to identify your weak spots. And it could very well be you are too heavily slanted in one of the areas mentioned in this post.

It’s not easy finding a happy medium and that’s probably one there are few exceptional leaders or bosses.

But we are not asking you to be exceptional just yet. First, learn to be good.
